A little about me…

I took my first SCUBA course in 1987 through the Boston Scuba Academy and received a YMCA Open Water certification card for successfully completing the course.  After a few weeks of diving  and “getting my feet wet” I took and completed the YMCA Advanced course.  In March 1988 I opened Ebb Tide Dive Store, now Aqua Center Scuba Diving, in Sandwich, Massachusetts. I have been been very fortunate to dive for work and pleasure in a variety of locations and roles for the last 28 years, including being a recovery diver on a treasure salvage project, scientific diver, and a few other adventures. I currently hold a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating and am certified to teach 11 specialty courses.  This year, 2016,  will mark 29 years as a certified a certified diver, and 23 years of teaching Scuba.  I am still learning, still loving every dive, and always looking forward to getting back in the water!
